(no subject)

An idea I've had for years and harbouring and working on and falling in love with over and over again has just been destroyed. It wasn't anything important, or feasible, or possible, or possibly even that good, but it was something I adored and I'm really sad about it now.

how has it been destroyed, if i may ask? some part of me believes that as long as you want something and work hard for it, you can get it. i know that's probably not true in most cases, but it's what i keep telling myself. i too have high expectations for the future.

You shouldn't feel stupid about being upset over something that isn't necessarily massivey important. You care about what you care about and I'm really sorry that it made you so sad.
