I keep conflating a dream I had last night with the last episode of House.
In the dream House and Wilson were driving to the Pysch Hospital just like in the episode except for some reason House was driving, and then Wilson confessed he was in love with House and started saying he understood that House didn't feel the same but he wanted him to know and he was getting kind of hysterical and crying and House was trying to calm him down. So yeah, I keep thinking it actually happened.
But I really liked the ending with Wilson taking House to the hospital and i liked the scene where House and Cuddy came into Wilson's office and didn't have to say anything. It was all really beautifully done and the looks between House and Wilson were so wonderful and painful. Overall, I can't say if I really liked the episode or not, I feel so blah about this whole season. I liked that Chase and Cameron finally got married (although there's no way they put together that big of a wedding in two weeks). I have mixed feelings over the idea that House may be schizophrenic, because so is Wilson's brother and I really wish they'd kept that plot regulated to just him or just hadn't introduced him just yet this season. But then again, I'm just particularly attached to the idea of Wilson's Long Lost Brother and I want to see them do right by that plot but I really do like the idea of House hallucinating and having his own brain work against him (also, schizophrenia would've shown up a lot sooner in his life than 40 something).
