It happened a couple years ago on a massive scale. The thing that's weird to me is the same icons are getting swapped this time around. They said on LJ that all you had to do was clear your cache but they're full of shit. They've just stopped actually providing a service that doesn't blow. I remember, though, because I have this creepy icon that's all stretched out of like, a doll dancing. It scares the hell out of me!
