TOM CRUISE
TOM CRUISE
TOM CRUISE'S FACE.

AND BODY.

I'm sorry, I'm having some serious issues. I watched Collateral tonight which might have been a mistake because he is...very, very good in it.

Also, I really need some Ethan Hunt/Brandt from Mission Impossible IV fic, like, now. I may have to write it...

Hahahaha!

I have trouble watching Tom Cruise in anything because he is so... Tom Cruise-y.

BUT I did like Collateral! It was like a Dean Koontz novel in movie form! (For some reason, EVERY SINGLE movie made from one of his books is just absolute suck. WHICH I don't UNDERSTAND because he writes the best banter ever; all they have to do is lift it straight from the novel! BUT NO, they can't do that!)

I have Tom Cruise Issues. So issue-y that they deserve capitals. See, I know he's a total loon in real life and has absolutely no sense of humor, but I can't help but adore him in movies and still think he's really fun to look at.

I've never read Dean Koontz, but I've gotten really behind in reading, any reading. Recommend any? The movie itself was really interesting, I loved Cruise in it.

Apparently he has SOME sense of humor... I have seen tropic thunder.

Ummmmmm maybe Cold Fire? My favorite is Dark Rivers of the Heart, but that is a bit longer and probably harder to get into.

See, that's the thing. When it comes to his movies he's super professional and commits and can be really good. In his regular life he's a complete whackadoo.

Cool, I need more book recommendations lately. I've been reading mostly graphic novels and those go by pretty quick.

Ahhhh, actors!

I need to re-read the Dean Koontz oevre! It's been a while. He's even come out with a couple new ones I haven't read yet. His more recent stuff is kinda preachy and dog-worshippy, though. (Like, literally, his dogs characters are angels and divinities and shit.)

They get away with a lot and we still love them, huh?

Haha, oh man I should start with those then and go backward so they just get better. Then again, I may find a new god and savior in his version of Fido.

I would say just stick to the ones that were originally published probably before the 2000's? Although there are some okay ones just after.
